Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or manufactured until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and destination. International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays outside our control, including those caused by postal services or customs authorities.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Returns and Cancellations
As most of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@zoetropevinyls.com, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

We reserve the right to assess faults before issuing a replacement or refund.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, finishes, and print details may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, or the handmade nature of some items. These small variations are not considered faults.

All artwork, content, and designs on this website (including zoetrope animations, slipmats, and record packaging) remain the intellectual property of Zoetrope Vinyls and/or Beluga Animation Ltd. These may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
