What is a Zoetrope Vinyl?
A Zoetrope Vinyl is a picture disk specially designed so that when it spins on a turntable and is filmed with a camera, it becomes animated! It can also be seen with the naked eye if you have a strobe light. We use a combination of mathematics and graphic design, that factors in the speed of the turntable, as well as the frame rate of the camera or flash rate of the strobe light. Don’t just play it.
